Milcom Corporation has been in business for over 20 years. We are a family owned and operated business and pride ourselves on our products and services. Founded in the early 90's by Joe Milano, as Milano Communications,Joe began in the telecommunications industry in 1953 at the age of 19 working as an installer/repairman for New England Telephone & Telegraph.
In 1956 Joe joined the army and was deployed to Japan where he served as a Radio Carrier Technician for the US Army. Upon returning to the states Joe picked up where he left off working with New England Telephone & Telegraph, for the next 38 year, Joe held numerous postions in N.E.T & T from PBX Installer, Small Business Instructor & Trainer for Merlin and Spirit Telephone System to Field Service Manager for Southern New Hampshire and the State of Maine. During those years New England Telephone & Telegraph split becoming AT&T from which Joe retired in the early 90's, Joe formed a short lived company with two co-workers from AT&T ultimately leaving that business to form Milano Communications in 1993 later to be incorporate as Milcom Corporation.
